I can't remember the fancy name of this. The sausages were, well....sausages, obviously microwaved. But the beef was surprisingly good. One for one house pours and drafts, and right in town. Good deal.

Homemade: Hamburger
What a fat weekend! My first attempt at making burgers from scratch and mashed potato. Not too bad, just a little dry for myself but feedback was okay.
Mash Potato with butter and himalayan salt
Zucchini and Capsicum in Tomato Cup by Chef T
Redhill Burger - seasoned with garlic, olive oil and salt. Contains onion, cheese, carrot shavings, and back bacon, served with minced beef, salad, white button mushrooms atop mash potato
Cod Fish with creamy mushroom sauce and back bacon by Chef T

Clams with ginger in broth, Minestrone and Cream of Mushroom
